Privacy policy
This policy describes how LeadSysGen processes data for the service. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before production use.
Roles
You (the customer) control lead and advertising data in your workspace. The platform operator acts as a processor for that content, and as controller for account, billing, and security logs needed to run the service.
Data we process
We store account details (email, name, preferences), workspace configuration, encrypted OAuth tokens for ad platforms you connect, lead records synced from those platforms, usage and audit logs, and payment metadata (order id, amount, status) for CMI top-ups.
Retention
Retain operational data while your account is active. After closure, deletion or anonymization is applied within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention. Backups may persist for a short technical window.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export of workspace data (e.g. leads CSV), or deletion subject to legal obligations. Contact us using the details on the Contact page.
